Recently my network connection hardwired to the motherboard went bad. Installed a Realtek RTL8139 network card and now cannot get internet on the PC and wireless at the same time. Router and modem checks out. The original hardwired connection (to the motherboard) has been disabled. Any suggestions?

Thanks for providing all info needed, it's quite helpful.

Can you please try disabling the McAfee Service? Click on the Start button and type Services on the Search field, locate McAfee Service and temp disable it.

Also, let's change the DNS back to Auto DNS, you are using Google DNS.
Change TCP/IP settings

Another update will be appreciated.
