problems with skype, flash,and GfxCUI

ok so i just got this netbook a few days ago,
i used skype on it a few times and yesterday skype wouldnt load. it opens but doesnt go to the log in screen it just stays blank.
it still has the menu at the top but the login menu wont load, it just stays blank,
and whenever i turn on my laptop a message saying
"Cant find script engine"VBScript"for script C:/Windows?System32/GfxSCUIerviceInstall.vbs"
i also cant install adobe flash player at all the regular download screen pops up, and i click ok.but when i do that nothing happens...
ive tried everything...please help me

it might be that your netbook is loading slowly because of the things that you have installed before, or that the loading of all the files is loading a bit more slower than usual, i know this because i had a computer with W7 on it and it kept loading slowly. If things keep happening, tell me and I will try to some the problem for you, but for now, just wait around 10 minutes AFTER logging into the netbook to try to log into skype, it might help.
