Problems with SMTP

[FONT=&quot]For some reason using an authenticated SMTP I manage to send emails through my HP MFP machines, but when I use authenticated SMTP it always fails.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Any idea why this might be happening?[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]PS: The authentication username and password are 100% correct.[/FONT]

Is this for your own e-mail provider or someone else like Yahoo, Google, Outlook, etc?

We are using MS Office 365 SMTP

What e-mail provider?

Is the e-mail johngarage? That looks like a custom domain and you need to ask the domain host about the SMTP settings.
