Second thread I've made, first one went unheard and the problems are getting worse.
Google chrome now randomly gets the 'grey aw,snap screen', and BAD_POOL_HEADER
BSOD are more frequent. Computer works fine most the time, just when using chrome/installing things the PC crashes. Minidump files are attached, PLEASE HELP!!

EDIT: Added Driver Verification files,

BSOD screens are more and more frequent now, during bootup, opening internet tabs, and just idle.
Thanks for the help so far Yowan

Please help me

Dump points to RTKVHD64.sys - which relates to Realtek High Definition Audio Function Driver
Download the Sound Installation file - Realtek
Reboot into Safe Mode with networking, uninstall the sound driver, reinstall from the file you downloaded and then reboot into normal mode

Ok this actually sounds like it could be right, due to the following events;
When I bought my PC, the motherboard didn't detect any speaker input, even after drivers were installed and speakers plugged in. Realtek drivers were then manually installed, but to no avail.
The motherboard was replaced, and drivers installed again.
Is it possible that they are overlapping, or conflicting somehow?

In a nutshell, things have gone from bad to worse.
Every single time I was shutting down I would get
SPECIAL_POOL_DETECTED_MEMORY_CORRUPTION

Formated C drive, and attempted to reinstall W7, but bluescreened during the install. Shop warranty is running out on the parts, what should I do?

- I ran Memtest for 5 pass's and got no errors, then ran each stick for 1 pass each and got no errors
- Disabled driver verification after reinstalling realtek drivers did not work

This is likely a hardware error. Is anything overclocked?

There is a known issue with AMD CPUs integrated memory controllers having problems running RAM at 1600 MHz and above.
VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING AMD AM3 CPU's and RAM SPEEDS
Q&A for the topic VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING AMD AM3 CPU's & RAM....

Go to the BIOS and set your RAM to 1333MHz and run memtest again.
Run it for a full 7 passes, test #7 will usually show errors for this issue.
Each memtest86+ test is a different test, they are all important to thoroughly test your RAM. Best to let it run overnight.

With 8GB RAM you will need to bump the integrated memory controller voltage.

D/L CPUZ and post a snip of the CPU, Mainboard, Memory, and SPD tabs.
For posting the information , enter 'Snipping tool' in the Start button > Search box, hit enter. Select the area you want to post and save to a convenient place.
How to Post a Screenshot in Seven Forums

Have you been checking your temperatures?
UseCore Temp , to check the CPU temps when at idle, under load and/or testing.
Let us know the minimum and maximum temps you get.
Go to your BIOS and tell us what the CPU, RAM and the CPU integrated memory controller voltages are.
