Hello All,
I have a problem with my processor AMD Athlon X2 64 is not defined on windows 7,
I used windows update, but it was useless, on device manager it says : coprocessor with yellow warning.

can anyone help me?

Update BIOS and that should be fixed. Make sure you have a backup of your system and of the BIOS before hand.

Also make sure that the chipset/motherboard drivers are installed and up to date.

i had that once bios update and manual install of drivers (Vista WDDM) and it worked

Ok thats cool,
thanks for advices, but the problem I don't know how to update BIOS,
by the way my laptop is "compaq presario model f767cl"

If there is a bios update available for it, it will only come from Compaq.

Before taking that step go the easy route and make sure that all the chipset/motherboard drivers are installed and up to date. Just had a look at the download page for that model,

Software & Driver Downloads Compaq Presario F767CL Notebook PC - HP Customer Care (United States - English)

and the only bios update for it is from June 2008; doubt it will be of much help as it is older that Windows 7.

The other thing is that they only have drivers for it up to Vista (both 32 and 64 bit). Normally I would just send you do the Nvidia download page and get the drivers directly from them, but with it being a laptop I don't think they would work. The Vista drivers should work, but not sure if they will fix the co-processor driver problem.
