Program opens minimized and can't resize

Hey everyone, first post here. When I try to open my Trend Micro Console it opens completely minimized and i can't resize it at all. I've attached an image of what it looks like. I can right click and get to the move, minimize and close menu but nothing else. I can't even click on the edges to drag it open. I am able to access a couple of menus within the program that you can barely see in the only part of the window that is open. I haven't had much luck googling as all I find is people that have the program open off screen. I've had that too but that is not this problem. Anyone have any ideas?

If this doesn't happen to any other program/window you could try either uninstalling and reinstalling that program or doing a system restore to before the problem started

This computer is on a corporate network and I can't uninstall the A/V as it is password protected. Restore might be possible but not sure as to when problem started as I don't use it very often and the oldest restore point is Dec 30.
