Program Won't Start in One User Account But Will In The Other

Hello, I'm having a problem and I'm not sure what to do. I installed a program to my main user account which is an administrator account. When I click on the program to open, the mouse pointer changes like the program is going to load and then it stops. I logged into my second user account which is also an administrative account and the program opens without any problems.

Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to the Forums, sapphy.
When you first installed the program, did you say that it was for all users on your computer or just for one of your users? That might be the problem.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled a couple times and it doesn't ask if it's for all users. The program is Daz 3D. It was working fine the day before when I shut down for the night. When I turned the computer on the next day, that's when it wouldn't let the program open.
