If you truly want to have the 32-bit games installed on the secondary drive:
-Create a folder in Program Files (x86) and call it whatever you want.
-If the whole secondary drive is going to used for these 32-bit games, then goto Administratrive Tools > Computer Management > Disk Management. Select your drive in the middle panel of Computer Management, right click and select Change Drive Letter and Paths, then remove.
-Right click the same drive again, select Change Drive Letter and Paths, then add.
-Check the radio button: Mount in the following NTFS folder, then press browse.
-Find the folder you created in Program Files (x86).
Now all of your 32-bit games will be installed in the Program Files (x86) directory, but actually reside on the secondary drive.
