On the KB it says this

"Some web application modal dialog boxes don't work correctly in Internet Explorer 11 after you install update 3008923."

KB3025390 is suppose to fix that issue.

Has anyone here experienced the web application modal dialog not working correctly in Internet explorer 11 on windows 7?

Hi,
Nope :/
The issue is remote and specific to some sites which there is no examples to test with,
So if the update is noticed by someone it might apply,
But going out and getting the hot fix is really unnecessary until it's released via the update system,
It may actually cause issues in it's early form just as the prior update this one is supposed to fix :/
Frankie say to relax :)
Cheers.

I have found one IE11 example that kb3025390 breaks. If you use The Citrix Access Gateway Endpoint Analysis add-on ( nsepaclass version 10.1.123.9 ) to access a corporate VPN, you may find it no longer works after this update is installed. I had to uninstall kb3025390 to get back to a working system.

Windows 7 Home Premium Logon failure

My computer worked fine on 12/21/2014. Tried to logon 12/22/2014 and got a message that "User profile services failed the logon" "User profile cannot be loaded".

I think I resolved the problem by doing a system restore to 12/14/2014 which was the last Windows Critical Update. However, I noticed the discussions about KB3008923 and KB3025390 and wondered if this was related, because although it does not directly relate to IE 11, it does have to do with a problem with dialog boxes. I am also not sure whether to reintroduce KB3025390 which supposedly should fix the problems with KB3008923.

Anyone have any thoughts, because my system works now and I do not want to re-introduce any problems.

Thanks in advance for any replies.
