Hello people. I'm a bit confused about my ram frequency. I have 2GB DDR2/800Mhz ram memory, but when I go in CPU-Z i got this:
It says that the memory is working on 400 MHz. Also another print from Everest.
I haven't changed something. Why the memory is working on 400Mhz?
Thanks in advance. Boshko.

Looks OK to me. It's DDR ram, which stands for Double Data Rate. Double 400 and you have 800.

You want to say that if I have one more stick I'll get that 800Mhz frequency ?

Data is transferred to/from the RAM on both edges of the clock pulse, resulting in an effective transfer rate of twice the clock frequency. Hence the memory is referred to as Double Data Rate RAM (DDR). So a clock rate of 400MHz will transfer data at an effective 800MHz.
If you get another identical stick, you will be able to improve your performance considerably as you will be running in dual-channel mode, whereby the memory interface will be 128 bits wide as opposed to 64 bits for the single channel mode which you currently have.
