I have a RT-AC68U ASUS Router and I would like to ask if prioritizing IP address is possible. What I mean by that is that device will get more download speed,upload etc.

That is an advanced setting on enterprise level routers not home routers. Also your connection is only as fast as your wireless adapter and ethernet cards.

I don't know anything about that. You still have the problem of what speeds your wireless adapter or ethernet port can handle. Those aspects are out of your router's control. Are you experiencing a problem?
