From your posted log file I see you have a lot of blocked IP's. And that's not strange when you look at what program you used.

Assuming I haven't missed anything, you're asking for trouble with that setup.....

The csrss.exe can be a trojan in very rare cases. But then it does not reside in the system32 folder.

He seems to be using MSE, which is an antivirus. Now, lets not get started on which AV is best as most of the time it is personal choice. (Excluding MCAfee, which is really bad choice)
