This happened after I restored via EaseUS ToDo to an earlier version of my operating system.
Are there any diagnostics I could run to determine what is going on here? Any thing else I should do?
Thanks for any input.

I keep running into low memory problems (as noted by performance and by task manager). I have:
Windows 7 Home Premium
Solid State Drive
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q9550 @ 2.83GHz 2.83 GHz
Ram: 8.00 GB
System Type: 64-bit Operating System
An example would be that yesterday on my desktop I wanted to move a 7 mb video file into a folder and it took forever and the ram being used was 89%. That was the only application that was running.Solid State Drive
