I have copied the contents of \Windows\Minidump and attached a Zip copy.

I really need help on this, this happens at random during start up or shut down of the PC mostly. It might do it every now and then during normal use. Happens several times a week. I think it might be due to the RAID control or CHIPSET or maybe my memory configuration.

Help!

This one was caused by memory corruption. You can test your memory by downloading memtestx86, burning it to a cd, and running it for 5 passes at least.

Let us know if you need help

I also disabled Elaborate Bytes\VirtualCloneDrive from starting up and setting up 1 virtual drive. No BSOD so far.

I also ran windows memory test and that passed ok too. Since memtestx86 came out ok, what else could cause BSOD?
