iv updated the drivers for the network card and the mouse.

as to the [FONT=Segoe UI, Arial][FONT=Segoe UI, Arial]ntoskrnl.exe issue. i changed mem. seems like there is some compatibility issue with the Geil memory and the CPU. don't think its a bored issue cause i replaced like 5 times already,

either the CPU is not 100% or there is some conflict between mem and CPU. Running with 4 gigs
