I get the below error in the event log way too often. Often times the computer crashes as is coming back from sleep mode, other times I just find out it crashes as I get back to the computer the "Your computer... and check online for solutions" message display.

Here is the error from the event log.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000001e (0xffffffffc000001d, 0xfffff80002b0b2cf, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000058000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 101512-22557-01.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Welcome

Basic questions:
  1. Since when did these problems start?
  2. Have you reinstalled the OS?
  3. Did you make a full scan with your antivirus? (MSE, as I see)
  4. What's the age of all the hardware?
  5. Is it under its warranty?

Run this tool and delete anything it finds:
Then make a full scan with MSE
If you're using any back up tool or 3rd party remote control programs, suggest you to uninstall them while troubleshooting.

Your dumps indicate a problem with your graphics card driver.
Reinstall the latest version following this way:
  1. Download and install Driver Sweeper:
    |MG| Driver Fusion (Driver Sweeper) 1.2.0 Download
  2. Select option 2 for NVIDIA.
    Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers
  3. Boot into Safe Mode from Advanced Boot Options:
    http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/666-advanced-boot-options.html
  4. Type in Driver Fusion in Search
  5. Remove all components of your NVIDIA drivers
  6. Boot normally now, and install the latest drivers from the
    auto-detect program you downloaded.
    (Requires Java)
Or get them from here: Download NVIDIA Forceware 306.97 WHQL Vista 64 - FileHippo.com

Now run disk check on your hard disk for file system errors and bad sectors on it
Run the System File Checker that scans the integrity of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible:
Then take a test with Furmark:
Video Card - Stress Test with Furmark
Monitor your temps with Speccy during these tests
Take memtest. Run for 8 passes and test each stick in a know good slot for an additional 6 passes.

Take your time and let us know the results
