Solved random BSOD and no windows update

hey,

I'm having a random crashing of my laptop resulting into BSOD. there is no signs before it crashes.
also my computer can't get any windows update to work even though it turned on. it says I have to restart and obviously I did, several of times, and it doesn't change.

I would love some help.
