Hi there,

What I could find is:
Computer type laptop
System Manufacturer/Model Number Dell Latitude E6430
OS Windows 7 Pro
CPU 8xIntel(R) Core(TM) i7-3720 CPU @ 2.6GHz
Motherboard ?
Memory 12GB
Graphics Card
Sound Card (
Monitor(s) Displays
Screen Resolution 1600 x 900
PSU Corsair RM550x
Hard Drives ATA samsung SSD PM83
Antivirus
Browser Google Chrome

OS is Windows 7 professional. . .
- x64 ?
- the original installed OS on the system? :yes
- an OEM or full retail version?: OEM

- What is the age of system (hardware)? ~ 4 year old
- What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?): 2013

I tried to clear up the problem before the reinstall with no luck.

I have run ePSA preboot system assessment with no faults.

I have not updated all because I cann’t enter the system
I have run knoppix to make drive space because chckdisk from the prompt gave the information “ The disk doesn’t have enough space to replace bad clusters in file 98097 \progra~3\micros~1\window~1\scans\mpcach~2.VEO.
The eventlog wasn’t updated and gave the fault: Failed to transfer logged messages to the event log with status 50.

We were able to run linux from disk and have samed some documents, but would like to keep the installation als programmes as SAS Adobe etc are running on it with licences installed.
Can you help to solve the problem?
Marleen

My apologies for asking for extra information, I did not read your post properly and didn't know you are unable to boot Windows.

Could you try to boot in safe mode please, if you have not yet tried.

Could you please provide a photo of the BSOD, or a video (a video would be better with a SSD), I need the error code displayed and if any driver is present I need to know that one too. Without at least an error code I have no idea what may be a possible cause and cannot provide a proper suggestion.
If you want to provide a video, please upload it to youtube and post a link in your next reply, this so I can slow down the video what makes it possible to see the error code displayed. With a SSD the error code may be gone within half a second or something.

Hi Marlene,
Have you recently been infected by malware??
SAS is not an antivirus, but if you can get into the log it might provide some info.
