random bsod and restarts

having multiple bsods,restarts and freezes.all started 3 weeks ago after i cleaned out dust inside case,which i have done on dozens of pcs.monitor wouldnt come on,noticed bit of movement in vga socket.eventually monitor came on,and trouble ever since.ran memtest,chkdsk and hitachi hdd tester,all said no errors.system 2 and half years old,been on windows 7 six months working great.done 2 clean installs in last week but restarts especially getting worse.all bsods point to ntoskrnl.exe as problem driver. thinking motherboard?system just got bare bones on at minute.another bsod while writing this, 7f while trying to do updates

had 2 more bsods both 7f,one while updating and the other while idle,also had 2 restarts and one freeze in last hour, attached another perfmon aswell.freeze was when opening windows_nt6

How long have you been using x64?

been on 64 for 6 months,ran chkdsk r and f again last night,no errors,also ran driver verifier till it crashed with code 50.new dump attached
