Can you try running Prime95 as it looks like a faulty CPU.
Follow these instructions.

Run Prime95 for around 2 hours.

I tried to run 3 times but every time operation stopped due to BSOD. First two attemp lasted for about 30 mins, the third one lasted about 70-80 mins.

In the third attempt, Self-test 12K passed. Is it enough or should I make more attempts?

Self-test 12K is the first one isn't it? I don't use Prime95 that much but yes that is a strong indication of a CPU error. What do the temperatures get to?

First two attempt was around 8K. The third one was 12K. Temperature was about 65-68 °C

It still shouldn't fail.
You could try running it in safe mode as only basic drivers are loaded so if it is a driver problem this could rule it out.

It worked perfect for over 2 hours. I think it's a good sign, right?

Yes, it worked smooth in safe mode. So, I tried verifier and it crashed immediately after logging in.

Please see attached file.

That's not good.
Can you boot into safe mode with driver verifier enabled?

I booted already to disable verifier facing with no problem.

Would it solve my problem to re-install Windows?

That's good news.
If the issue is software related a re-install will solve the issue.

If you get any more issues let us know. :)
