Hi all

My colleague has a Dell laptop. We've run 'MemTest x86' and let it do a few passes - no errors found. Run a full CHKDSK - no errors found. Run 'driver verifier - no errors found, or BSOD'.

Please find all attached files, as requested in the BSOD guide.

Thank you for your time,
David.

Hi david

You have 4-5 crash causes that are all over the map. Usually indicative of a hardware issue. The only thing untoward I can see is the AVG. On some systems it is problematic.

usually we recommend removing it and replacing with Microsoft security essentials to test. If it cures it fine, if not then go back to what you like.

Re: memtest it needs a min of 5-6 passes to sufficiently stress the memory enough that if it is going to fail it will.
