Solved Random BSOD, error 0x07E and 0x01E, hardware or driver issue?

Hello,
I have had this computer about a month and had two BSOD. It is a custom build. ASRock Extreme4 Z77, I7 3770k, ocz 60gb SSD, 8gb Gskill 2100. The first BSOD was a memory corruption caused by dropbox desktop app. Uninstalling dropbox seemed to fix that issue. The second BSOD was a system failure with nwifi.sys driver. Started running memtest86 and prime95 heavily after the first crash, no errors in the results, both tests run over night and/or throughout the work day. Today I have worked on updating drivers and using the driver verifier, no non windows drivers seemed to cause errors except FNETURPX.sys. This is where I'm stuck.

My main worry is that my memory is incompatible, it is not on the mother board supported list, but the same brand, speed and size are. I have several days left to do a return/exchange but don't want to go through the hassle if this is really a driver issue.

These crashes all happened while i was not using the computer. The first one i had checked email and browsed a little then had lunch and came back to a BSOD. The second was similar though happened a little while after switching from a lan wire to a wifi card.

Any help and advice would be great. Requested files are attached.

1] Download the network card driver from manufactuer's website.
2] Then reinstall the driver:
3] Click the Start Button, type "devmgmt.msc" (without quotation marks) in the Start Menu Search box and press Enter.
4] Double click to expand "Network adaptors".
5] Right click your network card and click Uninstall.
6] Check "Delete driver software for this device" check box, click OK.
7] Restart the computer

If windows does not auto configure the appropriate drivers at startup, install the downloaded one manually.

Also get an update for athrxusb.sys | Atheros Wireless LAN USB device driver
ATHEROS drivers for Microsoft Windows (Atheros?????)

Thank you for the reply, I seem to drown in the crash info after a little while.

I discovered that the older network card i was using is no longer supported. I found another one around the place, a belkin f5d8053. Not the newest but it seems better supported by windows 7. Because the errors are random i don't really know if it has been fixed. I will leave this open for a week or so and if there aren't any errors mark it as solved.

Thanks for the reminder, I had been planing to post tonight. I have been running my computer steady, not heavy but steady for the last several days with out any BSOD. I believe I can say that my errors were caused by the older drivers and fixed by updating them. Thank you for your help.
