Hi, the random blue screen bothers my for months and I cannot find a way to solve it. I tried some register software and driver update software, all in vain.
The computer will show a BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER bluescreen and then windows has info listed as below.
Can anyone help with this? I am not really good at computers and please provide some simple instructions.
