Hello pcasirag, Welcome to SF!

Code:
Advanced SystemCare 5	"c:\program files (x86)\iobit\advanced systemcare 5\asctray.exe" /manual	Tiger-PC\Tiger	HKU\S-1-5-21-2462118439-3294852471-3880327036-1000\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
Please uninstall Advanced SystemCare 5. Programs like these are known to cause problems as they modify the registry.

Code:
WinRing0x64.sys Sat Jul 26 08:29:37 [B][COLOR="Red"]2008[/COLOR][/B] (488B26C1)
Drivers Before 2008 are known to cause errors with windows because of security holes. Please update this driver.

It also seems you have unkown drivers on your computer so please do the following:
Do a full scan of your system using: Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows

Afterwards: Malwarebytes : Free anti-malware download

If nothing pops up for both of those,

try: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/166445-windows-defender-offline.html

Also possible memory problems so please run a http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.html

Also looks like you have Driver Verifier enabled. Please disable by typing this code into your cmd prompt:

Code:
verifier /reset

After please post back results!

-Justin

WinRing0x64.sys --> seems to be associated with application 'RealTemp' so I unistalled it.

verifier /reset --> Did this and it returned, "No settings were changed"

As posted I ran Memtest overnight, 14 passes with no errors. Should I run again?

I am currently running MSE at Full, then will run Malwarebtes and WD.

Will report back when they are complete.....

Help!

Woke up to a frozen screen (larger icons, resolution changed) and system un-responsive. Had to do a hard re-boot. No crash dump. Attached are the latest sf files.

Noticed a wierd thing in event view. The system is trying to create a restore point every six hours and failing. Also getting a VSS error. I do not have the system set up to do ANY restore points. What's causing them?

Thanks for any and all help.

I decided to re-install W7. So, although the problem was not solved it is closed for now.

I apologize for this late reply, but since you re-installed windows I'm still not sure what the problem was. If you have anymore BSODs please post them.
