Hi,

I have a brand new laptop here installed with Windows 7 Pro x64 and it randomly BlueScreens. I've already updated the NIC Drivers based on the BSOD messages from Dell, that did not work so I updated the latest drivers from Intel but to no avail.

Attached please find the dumps.

Kind regards,

AM

Hello AM !! Welcome to SF !!

I guess the issue is with your G DATA AntiVirus Kit Internet Security i would recommend to uninstall it completely and go to C | Windows | System32 | Drivers and rename PktIcpt.sys to PktIcpt.old Reboot the System.

Also its a good idea to reinstall your Network Driver since it's pointing to one of the System Network Driver NETIO.sys.

Hi Captain,

Just curious as to which program do you use to get the output you post in your reply. Are you using Debug Tools and then copy pasting info to compile those results or a tools that does that for you.

Kind regards,

AM

We are essentially copying the output from Windbg, edited a bit. Running that many dmps takes a long time and considerable effort!
