Decided this morning to just tear it all down and put it back together in stages. Came to the memory, used only 1 stick and 20 minutes in, I BSoD. 
Shutdown the system and swapped out stick, and now i've been running multiple videos, web surfing and the such for a few hours without a problem... :sarc:
So I'll monitor the system for the next day or two with just a this single memory stick and see what happens.
(Memtest86, could you have failed me?)
