Laptop(acer aspire 7750g) sometimes BSODs at start up, other times it starts up normally. May be caused by my new drivers, but not sure. Im a bit scared to turn off my computer everytime because of these errors.

SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
happening.
Arguments:
Arg1: ffffffffc0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: fffff88004eba2ee, The address that the exception occurred at
Arg3: fffff8800355a888, Exception Record Address

My laptop runs switchable graphics (Radeon HD 6650M + Intel) with Unifl drivers.
Not sure how long I was to use Funmark, but I let it run for a minute or two (@ 1600 x 900) and the computer reached up to 66 C(I also get this temp while running games). At normal use(browsing internet/videos) I get around 55 C. I am not overclocking. I am unable to run a "memtest" due to not having a CD or USB with me right now(on vacation atm).

Little update: Memtest should be done sooner or later. For the past few days, I have been putting my computer into hibernate/sleep instead of shutting it down. I have not experienced any BSODs while doing this.

Two things I notice was you are using mixed ram. (mismatched) Not a good thing.
Ram should all be matched. Same brand, speed, volts ect.
Next for some reason your not telling us what Windows 7 you are using.
If you don't don't know just press the Windows key and the Pause key on your keyboard. It will tell you there. Insert it in your specs.
Take a look at my specs in the lower left corner of this post. Tick on My System Specs.
Your laptop should have a serial number somewhere on it.
This number allows members to look up your laptop for more information that might help them help you.

This is a good website to help with acer.
Watch the video on this page. Very helpful for serial numbers.

Acer Support - Answers, E-Mail, Chat - How do I find my serial number or SNID?

My Acer research has not found a model that came with mismatched ram. Did you buy this computer new and from where?

Do you have a Microsoft COA sticker on the bottom of the computer or in the battery compartment? If so what Windows 7 does it indicate?
