If so there is a bios update, Vista was pre-installed on that machine, How did you come about getting windows 7 and how did you install it? upgrade or clean install?

Okay got the files, what should I do, Flash Bios SOP for DOS or Flash bios Sop for Windows? I assume the 2nd?

rb:Did you run memtest? What were the results? Yes I ran it, no errors as result.
Were you able to do the Hard drive test with Seatools? I have never used Seatools
Did you uninstall MSE? (Please don't) No after the installation of MSE I ran 3 full scans and didn't delete it
What is the age of your computer/hardware? I'm not very sure but it's about 3 years old I think.
What is the age of your windows installation? I don't know this, how do I check it
