Random BSOD's regarding hal.dll

please help me with this BSOD, i've checked so many things, but can't find what to do about it.

This is a clean install of Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit, I've upgraded components: Video Card NVidia GTX 750, Memory is GSkill Ripjaw 8gb kit, Processor is AMD Phenom II x6 1055T (Thuban), and put in a second hard drive (150gb) for small backup files.

I have searched for new hardware driver updates one by one in Device Manager

I've tested everything with no errors coming back. Memtest, Prime95, GPU Tester... still coming up with nothing.

Please, any info would be greatly appreciated.

Probably caused by : AuthenticAMD

Run sfc /scannow and chkdsk /r.
Install the latest updates from Windows Update.

Do the exact same steps for chkdsk /r but instead of typing in sfc /scannow type chkdsk /r.

I haven't used Furmark much, where do i find the CBS log?

How much have you used Furmark? How much did your temps reach when running Furmark? The CBS log is located at C:/Windows/Logs/CBS/CBS.log

i'll upload the log tonight, I haven't used it much. i'd say a handful of times.

the temps were max 44C

Try to update your USB drivers.

Upload it to a 3rd party site such as Mediafire, 4shared, OneDrive etc.

Have you tried updating your USB drivers?

Just zip it up, right click send to compressed (zipped) folder.

Those have a size limit of 8MB.

Oh, i'm so clumpy these days. I thought the max for zips were 3MB.

I can, but it's a clean install. It's a pain because this is a clients computer. I've wasted hours trying to figure this out, and just reinstalled all of their programs.
