I built this system 5 months ago and have had several random BSODs averaging 1 per week. I recently added a second 8 GB RAM stick in addition to my original 8 GB stick. They are as similar as I could get, since the original model is no longer available.
Orig: Patriot Viper Xtreme 8 GB PX38G1600C11, New: Patriot 8 GB PSD38G16002H
both are DDR3, 1600 MHz, PC3-12800, CL11, 1.5V
The memory is not running in dual-channel mode.
My hard drives are:
orig. WD 500 GB (WDC WD5001AALS-00E3AO)
recently added: Samsung 250 GB SSD 840 EVO
I migrated my C: drive from the hard drive to the new SSD
I have always gotten occasional BSODs with this build but recently they have increased in frequency to about 1 per day. The BSODs seem to be truly random and I haven't been able to relate them to anything in particular that I've been doing.
I ran the SF Diagnostics and have uploaded the results.
Please review it and see if you can find my problem.

Not able to update USB 3.0 Extensible Host Controller Driver

I appreciate Golden's reply but I was unable, after many tries, to update my current Host controller driver,
iusb3xhc, v. 2.5.0.19 to the latest v. 3.01.41. I first tried directly from the Windows Device Manager. It told me I already had the latest version. Then tried the download from the Intel website. It ran part-way through but failed to update, leaving me with NO Extensible Host Controller installed, then tried the ASUS support site. It gave me a download that looked like an exact duplicate of what I got from Intel. Same failure and bad results. I made certain to run Windows System Restore between my driver update attempts so I would be attempting each update from the same driver environment. I also disabled my anti-virus program temporarily. I finally ended up reinstalling a fresh(?) copy of the v. 2.5.0.19 driver. It hasn't blue-screened yet, but my latest install was only 15 minutes ago.

Not able to update USB 3.0 Extensible Host Controller Driver

I also ran Memtest on each of my 8 GB memory modules for several hours last night and ran a full chkdsk on my C: drive. No errors with any test.

Please check for an update for Quicken 2014.

For your USB drivers, I'm afraid the only thing I can suggest is to check with the manufacturers support forum.
