Random Crash and Restart

for some reason the computer freezes up then it restarts itself please help thank you!
x86 (32-bit) - the original installed OS on the system? is windows vista - an OEM or full retail version? came pre-installed
-current os is win7
- What is the age of system (hardware)? about 3 years - What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) i recently formatted and installed the os about 2 ago

Uninstall the AMD Display driver and use Driver Sweeper to remove ATI/AMD driver leftovers
Then reinstall the latest AMD driver version

Steam has nothing to do with the crashes, its a good program used to get games
