Random files in C drive

I recently got a new Msata drive and followed tutorials on how to change all your paging and caching to the new drive. Since then strings of random files always in groups of I believe 5 are showing up. They are all named cab_ then a string of numbers. The first file is usually a few megs and the following files which are the next sequential number all are 0kb. The file type is listed as just file. I have a feeling that some program somewhere is still trying to cache on the c drive but doesn't know where to do it but I couldn't be sure. Any help from people smarter than I in this subject would be greatly appreciated :)

I tried to open these files in the note pad as was suggested. The first one causes note pad to stop responding and all of the others will open but are blank. Here is a screenshot. If these files are deleted no errors present or problems. 5-6 hours later they will be back however. If I don't defeat them a new string will be created exactly the same but with a different number string. Same number of files, same file sizes.

I attempted looking up every possible string even close to the file names and nothing came up. I am seriously out of ideas. If anyone has anything close to a suggestion it would be awesome.

I renamed the files with .txt after the name and it allowed me to open the file in the notepad. unfortunately its nothing but gibberish. Maybe someone can make more out of this than I can, I attached one of the files so that someone can take a look at it. This is just the first piece of the file, it was too big attach in its full size.

By themselves they are way too big to upload. the smallest one (that isn't completely blank) is like 12 megs. maybe I can find some place to host it so I can post a url or something
