Heya,

So my computer started freezing randomly, getting BSOD randomly, and after rebooting, the screen wouldn't receive any signals a while back and I had just put my computer away but decided to look into it a bit more and to get a better idea of whether it could be a problem with software or hardware. Uploaded the zip as requested, the perfmon file is in the rar as well. About to restart so that windows can install updates has computer hasn't been on for a little while, figured I should post this here before I restart incase I can't get my computer back to here. Also added dxdiag report for system information etc.

Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit is the original OS installed and still using it, full retail, OS installed when computer was built, never re-installed.
Bought everything for this computer on the same day, 04/01/2011, so roughly 18 months old. System specs are as follows;
Case: Thermaltake V5 Black Edition.
Motherboard: Asus M4A89GTD Pro/USB3.
CPU: AMD Phenom II X6 2.8 GHz Processor.
RAM: 4GB DDR3 1600 CL8.
Hard Drive: 1 TB Western Digital Sata / 64Mb Cache.
Video Card: Radeon HD 5870 1GB GDDR5.
Power Supply: Cooler Master 650w.
Monitor: Viewsonic 19" LED.
Mouse: Logitech MX518 Optical Gaming Mouse.
Keyboard: Razer Arctosa.
Headset: Creative Fatality Gaming Headset.

If you need any more information, just let me know, I can use the internet on my phone if my computer doesn't work. Really appreciate any and all help, thanks very much. :D

That may indicate a hardware conflict. We should check hardware compatibility:
Download and install CPU-Z and Upload screenshots of the CPU, Mainboard, Memory, and SPD tabs. In the SPD tab, upload an image of each slot.

Alright, your RAM is not technically compatible. I have seen XMP RAM and AMD Phenom II processors have many issues. We can try to get it to work, but there is a good chance you will need to replace the RAM with PC3-10600 DDR3 1333 RAM.

If you would like to try to get your RAM to work instead of replacing it:
Access your BIOS and post all Voltages (CPU, RAM, NB, IMC, etc.) and all RAM settings (timings, frequency, etc.)

Thanks to Dave76 for help learning RAM Stability

The first three are compatible. The AMD 1600 is not compatible. 1600 > 1333.

Alright, I picked up some 1333mhz RAM the other day and put it in, and it's still freezing/BSOD'ing.

Now it's bsod'ing just after I log on to Windows, and the bsod says memory management or freezing on boot up.

I downloaded the catalyst control centre and it updated some driver and I cleared the RTC RAM and when I'm logged on it will eventually lose signal to the screen and the memok light will start flashing.

Have you tried reseating the RAM and the graphics card?

Remove all RAM modules and the graphics card, use a can of compressed air to clean out the slots and the contacts, and then replace the RAM and the graphics card.

As you add and remove hardware, follow these steps for ESD safety:
  1. Shut down and turn off your computer.
  2. Unplug all power supplies to the computer (AC Power then battery for laptops, AC power for desktops)
  3. Hold down the power button for 30 seconds to close the circuit and ensure all power drains from components.
  4. Make sure you are grounded by using proper grounding techniques, i.e. work on an anti-static workbench, anti-static desk, or an anti-static pad. Hold something metallic while touching it to the anti-static surface, or use an anti-static wristband to attach to the anti-static material while working. If you do not have an anti-static workbench, desk, or pad, you can use your computer tower/case by finding a metal hold in it, such as a drive bay.
Once these steps have been followed, it is safe to remove and replace components within your computer.

Attached another zip folder with more recent dump files and the updated posting instructions process. If you can find anything that I should try uninstalling or updating I'd love to give it a go, and again, thanks for all your help! Appreciated muchly (:

I've got the 1333mhz ram in the 3rd slot, which is also blue, but it's further away from the cpu and it booted up fine.

I ran Catalyst Control Centre the other day and it updated a few thinks, which I'm pretty sure included my graphics card, disabled sptd.sys as per #2 instruction in this link, http://forum.daemon-tools.cc/f26/my-system-wont-boot-after-installation-v4-problems-sptd-sys-6828/
