Random Freezez and BSOD

Hi all,
Really beginning to get to me this, 64 bit clean install home premium, two new SATA 2 640Gb HDDs, Nvidia 8800GS graphics, Creative XiFi Fatality sound card, 8Gb DDR2 RAM, AMD Quad Core 2.5Ghz.

Initially my old Hdd gave up the ghost so I took the opportunity to clean install windows 7 and ever since get random lock ups, screen freezes but still get sound and 10 times now the BSOD, I have installed all the latest drivers for sound and graphics cards inc BETA versions but still getting the problem.

I have attached the minidump file for any people who are far cleverer than me out there to have a look at.

Any help as always would be gratefully received!!
