random freezing windows 8.1

It happens when i close game ( clearing catch) hdd usage (random read some app - chrome) , pc is new

mobo: asus h81m-c
cpu : Intel g3258
ram: 4gb
hdd: wd black 500gb
windows 8.1

everything is new and tested (memtest86, multiple hdd tests etc)
