Random hang and blue screen

Dear professionals,

I have got my computer randomly hang since i bought it in Aug2010', but three days ago it start to hang and hang frequently, I could only hardly make the file for u professional guy to test for me,

Pls kindly help me, I think i can't take any more hang...
I have run the antivrus and memtest

I would like to know if it is :
a) Display card (Geforce 460)
b) Motherboard
c) ram
d) other hardware / software

Pls help me!!

On the surface this appears to be a driver conflict, though I just reinstalled my debugger and not everything is set up.

It's very common for win 7 to have issues with third party (meaning any non-microsoft) antivirus and/or security app. Disabling or uninstalling them could also alleviate your problem. I'm suggesting this given the general nature of your bug report.

Given the driver dump the first thing that stands out most obviously, is your ethernet adapter -

ADMtek AN983/AN985 based ethernet adapter the driver is horribly outdated, and a update is impossible due to the fact the company no longer exists. Thu May 19 04:14:27 2005 - date of driver.
This is a windows xp driver more than likely. I would guess it's been on your system since new and for me explains your problem. Replacement/removal of the device is probably your only option here.

PxHlpa64.sys - also appears, this driver is a part of some cd/dvd burning software and has been known to cause issues with win 7 as well. Driver database suggest renaming the file for troubleshooting.
pxHelp20.sys programs
Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers and rename PxHelp20.sys to PXHelp20.BAK
This will break your CD/DVD program, but can easily be renamed after we've finished.

Your Nvidia driver was the cause

Uninstall the driver, then use driver sweeper to remove leftover Nvidia display driver files

Then install the latest drivers

Depends on budget for me, I don't have any particular brand loyalty between the two. I've had both Nvidia and ATI in this machine and they've both been great cards. ATI tends to have slightly more bang for buck though.
