To Remove AdwCleaner program from your PC

:ar: Right click on adwcleaner.exe choose Run as administrator to run the tool.

:ar: Click on Uninstall, then confirm with yes to remove this utility from your computer.

Drag the JRT.exe from the Downloads folder to your Desktop

Right click JRT.exe and choose

Once done upload the JRT.txt file

Double click Revo Uninstaller to run it.
From the list of programs double click on The Program to remove
When prompted if you want to uninstall click Yes.
Be sure the Advanced option is selected then click Next.
The program will run, If prompted again click Yes
when the built-in uninstaller is finished click on Next.
Once the program has searched for leftovers click Next.
Check/tick the bolded items only on the list then click Delete
when prompted click on Yes and then on next.
put a check on any folders that are found and select delete
when prompted select yes then on next
Once done click Finish.

   Note

If the free version of RevoUninstaller doesn't show the program you would need to download and install the 30-Day trial of RevoUninstaller Pro which will be able to remove 64-bit programs

both the programs you mentioned lve paid for and have installed on multiple systems (even this one obviously.. tho that was on my previous format) so l doubt they would cause my current issues.

regardless lve run both tools as requested, l did accidentally mess up with the first file so had to run it again as l uninstalled it before trying to upload the files.

Location of file to Save : Desktop
File Name : Fixlist.txt
Save file as type : All Files

Open FRST64.exe and click on the [FIX] button . Once complete FRST will create a log called Fixlog.txt . Upload the log with your reply .

Lets open up msconfig

Press the rb: key and the letter R key on your keyboard . The Run window should pop up right above the taskbar . Type in: msconfig and press [ENTER]

On the Startup tab uncheck everything but the Antivirus software . Click on Apply and OK and click on Exit without restart and restart manually .

Lets try a cold boot

Click on rb:Start button, type msconfig.exe in the

Inside the msconfig ( System Configuration ) On the General tab, click the Selective startup option, and then click to clear the Load startup items check box.

On the Services tab, click to select the Hide all Microsoft services check box, and then click Disable all

Click OK, and then click Restart.

lve tried this once before, problem is its hard to predict when my issues will occur, l havent had a freeze when opening the first mkv file or any random 50% cpu rises on explorer.exe since l ran a few of the progs however sometimes l go for weeks without issue sometimes it happens a couple of times l reboot.

tho earlier l did notice one of my plugins had disappeared on firefox. save images l think it was called.

Run Farbar Recovery Scan Tool

64-Bit Version OS Farbar Recovery Scan Tool x64 <===== Download Link

Drag the FRST64.exe from the Downloads folder to your Desktop

Right click on FRST64.exe and choose

When the tool opens click Yes on the disclaimer window .

Press Scan button.

FRST will let you know when the scan is complete and has written the FRST.txt to file
