Random, irregular Freezes, not BSOD. No error messages.

Hi, since I built this PC, it seems to be fine most of the time. I can play games for hours on end without a problem, then randomly it will freeze.

There's no BSOD, no error messages and I have to do a hard-reset of the PC. I can then continue without issues for days/weeks without any more freezes. Then out of nowhere, it'll freeze again.

I did a little research before and it seems a common freezing issue is the voltage for RAM. I checked the manufacturer specs and it says 1.5v, then checked the voltage in the Bios, which is also 1.5v, so I'm not sure if that is the cause.

Long time to get back on this...

It doesn't look like my PC is overheating, PSU seems okay. Checking the event viewer I get:

I'm going to try and get a small dump file to see if anyone can help me figure out what's causing this...

Will also run a memtest tonight, reinstall my graphics drivers.

If it's possible that my sound drivers are causing this, then I'll reinstall those too if I can...

So my RAM passed 8 times on the memtest without error.

I'm a little concerned about my PSU. It isn't using close to it's max wattage (calculator showed around 468w) even if I added 100w from somewhere my PSU is a 650w. It's mostly the fact that it's the first single 12v rail PSU I've owned. However, I can play games for hours on end without any issue most of the time...

Looking at my event viewer again, I have a lot of errors this morning.

NvStreamScv (Nvidea streaming service for "shield") This is part of the GeForce Experience, so I've uninstalled the whole lot.

and

Errors for Citrix, which I think I'll start shutting down at every startup.

Never allow display bloatware unless there are specfiic settings you use that you can't get in windows.

What do you use Citrix for exactly and why?

I use Citrix for work. It's because of the trouble shooting guide that I went and read up about that bloatware. Honestly hadn't even realised it was installed

I've had no freezes today, but if I get another I'll update this thread with the mini-dump...
