Since i upgraded to a new motherboard and CPU Im having alot of system reboots, at the event viewer i can see that its the event 41 task 63

I also have 2 audio drivers when i check the device manager: High Definition Audio device and Realtek Audio Device
I disabled the High definition device and it works like 30min when im not ingame playing any game but when i play for 20min i get reboots..
I should also say that I've looked at a lot of threads here having the same issue but nothing works for me.
here is the log:

If you wish to have others assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder. The procedure:

* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy.
* Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.
* Briefly describe the problem history and circumstances in the same post. Somebody will attend to your query as soon as possible.

Hello,

In addition to Ken's advice, could you follow our BSOD sticky?

http://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-debugging/96879-blue-screen-death-bsod-posting-instructions.html

The usual cause of these reboots is an inadequate power supply; either failing, or just underpowered. How old is the PSU?

If you could try a different one, that would be great.

The PSU is fairly new i bought it a days before i got the new motherboard/CPU.

I ran jcgriff2's BSOD program and attached the file

Could you try a different PSU?

To test for a power problem, run Prime95: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/100352-cpu-stress-test-prime95.html

Run the "Large FFTs" test (maximum power consumption).

Also, any USB devices attached?

I expect that Prime95 will fail within a couple of errors, if the CPU is the problem.

As far as power issues go, full power should be reached within a few minutes, I'm guessing. Bottom line, run the test for at least an hour, but more than two is likely overkill.

Try the Small FFTs test now. You might be best off now, RMAing the CPU and motherboard.

What were the temps Speedfan reported?

Do you think I should do that? the stuff is like completely new and fresh :(

I actually had speedfan running when trying a game and trying to cause the reboot, but the temperature were on a nice 35C

The temps seem fine, and I doubt they are the problem. If there were considerable dust buildup, you would have removed it during the installation.

Even new electronics fail, unfortunately. There is a certain chance any piece of hardware will arrive completely dead.
