Random Restart - no BSOD

Hi Guys i searched everywhere on the forum and net but no answer to my problem. imFrustrated

Well everytime my computer restart with no BSOD. i have installed Blue Screen View bbut nothing comes up. here's a log on the event Viewer. Any help would be highy appreciated.

IM DESPERATE i play dota and each time i get ban koz i could not connect in time.

Error message in log : The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

Pleaseeeeeeee help me identify the cause. Btw im using a UPS cause i thought i had random poower cuts.
