Just had a BSOD called ATTEMPTED_EXECUTE_OF_NOEXECUTE_MEMORY
For some reason it doesn't show up in BSOD Viewer or crash dumps.
I have now updated my system specs in my usercp as requested and I have the chipset drivers installed already.

I also did a test that my friend gave me to do. Little program called HD_Speed
This is a screenshot of the graph about 10 minutes in. The pink line denotes the average speed, the red line is the current speed.
Does it look irregular to you? Or is it simply acting how it should. Didn't have any programs open, just background processes.

Can you update AMD SATA Controller (AMD SATA Controller AHCI 1.2 Device Driver) from http://support.amd.com/us/Pages/AMDSupportHub.aspx?

Also test Seagate ST325082 0AS. Use Seatool for dos: SeaTools | Seagate download. Burn it in a blank cd. boot from the CD, click on "Accept", wait for it to finish detecting the drives, then in the upper left corner select "Basic Tests", then select "Long Test" and let it run.

Post a screenshot of your HDD using CrystalDiskInfo - Software - Crystal Dew World.

It's not letting me install the SATA controller drivers because it says I have a better version. How would I do this?
Here are the screenshots of CrystalDisk:

C drive (primary OS hdd). It has a small partition that I was using to store recorded video game footage, previously it was used to store windows 7 for dual boot with windows 8 before I got rid of it:

The disc seems to be OK. So it is not the problem of the physical disc itself. Still take the seatools test.

Possibly you have got amd_sata.sys installed via a windows update. So it is stating it. I haven't checked the date of the installed driver, as there was no crash dump.

Anyway, the BSOD stop 0xFC ATTEMPTED_EXECUTE_OF_NOEXECUTE_MEMORY causes by a device driver usually. You may enable Driver Verifier to monitor the drivers.
Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable
Run Driver Verifier for 24 hours or the occurrence of the next crash, whichever is earlier.

   Information
Why Driver Verifier:
It puts a stress on the drivers, ans so it makes the unstable drivers crash. Hopefully the driver that crashes is recorded in the memory dump.

How Can we know that DV is enabled:
It will make the system bit of slow, laggy.

   Warning
Before enabling DV, make it sure that you have earlier System restore points made in your computer. You can check it easily by using CCleaner looking at Tools > System Restore.

If there is no points, make a System Restore Point manually before enabling DV.

   Tip

Let us know the results, with the subsequent crash dumps, if any.

OK, so it is a fulproof that the HDD is not in fault at all. Now we have to see what driver verifier finds. So go for it? Dont select any driver provided by "microsoft" and "unknown". Let the system crash for a couple of times.

We are minimizing alternative possibilities now. Two (RAM and HDD) are excluded from the suspects list already.

BTW, your windows license is retail or OEM?

My license is retail. I'm running the driver verifier now. I'll keep it going and go about my business. I'll get back to you guys after a few crashes to give you the results.

Thanks so much for the assistance so far, I'm conscious of the fact that this has been going on for a while and I'm thankful for the ongoing assistance.

Ok I started up Star Wars: The Old Republic and got this straight away:
View attachment 264783

Usually I get a restart or a BSOD during loading screens or when closing that game, so I'm gonna assume because of the pressure on the drivers due to Driver Verifier that that error occurs for that game, and due to that pressure it happens straight away now (correct me if I'm assuming too much).

I have tried a game of League of Legends but no errors so far. Going to run Driver Verifier for a while longer until I get another error that isn't from Star Wars. League of Legends used to sometimes cause a reset or a BSOD AFTER I closed it down so I will try and play a few more games to see if that happens.

EDIT: What I've noticed, in general, the restarts or BSODs happen at loading screens in games or when closing games.

Is the computer hot? Report us the heat of the computer after a couple of hours of your normal usage. Upload a screenshot of the summery tab of Speccy.

Test your RAM modules for possible errors.
How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight.

If all comes favorable, dismantle the PC, clean up the inside very carefully. Clean up the fan grills, air vents, edges of the RAM modules, sata ports, and then re-seat. While Re-seating, dont forget to apply thermal paste to the bottom of the CPU.

Hopefully it will recover the freezes, in most of the cases it does.

I've done all of the above before and recently put in a new motherboard (before the problems) so the case is clean. My case is well ventilated and has good airflow so it never gets overheated. So now I'm at a loss :s
Are you sure that there was no problem before you applied the new motherboard? After the time the virus scans came clean, I suspected it as a failing motherboard .... asked about your license type for that reason only .... as OEM licenses are tagged with the motherboard.
Can you plug the SATA cables to an unused SATA ports on the motherboard?
From the last MSINFO32 you have updated, there was no driver installed for AMD SATA Controller. Its odd. May be it is a port controller error only? I was not 100% sure, so asked xBlueRobot to help.
We are minimizing alternative possibilities now. Two (RAM and HDD) are excluded from the suspects list already.

BTW, your windows license is retail or OEM?
Unfortunately a motherboard cannot be tested .... and so it is difficult to say that motherboard is the source of the problems. But after all the other alternative possibilities are eliminated, it is the only thing left.

As it is a new one, try to RMA it. Get a replacement.
