Random Restarts and Shutdowns

My Windows 7 Operating System keeps randomly restarting and shutting down without a BSOD or any reason why. It happens when doing anything - playing games, surfing the internet, chatting with friends. It also does it at random intervals - sometimes it won't do it one day, sometimes it can do it 10 times a day. Sometimes it takes several hours between each restart, sometimes 10 minutes. The computer just seems to die when it wants, and restarts when it wants.

I haven't been able to find the issue with the computer, and am no good at finding problems through very complex means (IE, I don't know what things like Error ID 41 is other than it means the system lost power unexpectedly, which is what the event log says is going on).

I would appreciate if anyone could help me or assist me in finding the problems (or tell me how to find it). Thanks very much.

to find your solution is easy

the likely problem was caused by the follwing module: "..click here........"

then read the first google result...that thread has your solution

I'm happy someone actually tried it, instead of calling me a spammer lol. I just wanted people to try this program its so easy

Well unfortunately it doesn't solve my problem. Can anyone else give me some insight on what the cause is?

Since you failed to mentioned your computer hardware, I can venture no further suggestions.

My hardware is under "My System Specs" under my name. Just click there and you will find everything you need.

I've run SpeedFan to see the heat levels in the computer and they are all within what seems to be safe running temperatures.
