The zip you uploaded does not contain any crash dump.

Follow it: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/174459-dump-files-configure-windows-create-bsod.html
Go to Option Two, Point 2. Download the .reg file and merge it in registry by double clicking it.

Now wait for another BSOD. When it occurred, search the .dmp files manually in the default path: C:\Windows\Minidump or %SystemRoot%\Minidump. See if the crash dump is recorded or not (hopefully it will be recorded).Post it following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions.

Dont run any disc cleanup program before you upload another zip.

It's best to configure for a Kernel Memory dump to be saved instead of a Minidump when analyzing Stop 0x101's, since more suitable extensions and commands can be used.

Upload the Kernel Memory dump to a free cloud-based file sharing site such as Dropbox or Skydrive, then post the link to the file in your next post.

Have you configured to a Kernel Memory dump now?

During the wait for a Kernel memory dump to be produced, you may want to check for a BIOS update.

It is Intel Dual Core.
Not the CPU, but the motherboard. Chipset type. If you have a confusion, check in the manual, and upload your MSINFO32.nfo file.

  1. Click on the start button
  2. Type "msinfo32" (without quotes) in the search bar of the start menu, click the resulting link. It will open the System Information window.
  3. File>Save. In the "File Name" filed, put "MSINFO32" (without Quote), give the save location to desktop, and click the "save" button.
  4. Give the time for processing, it will save a .nfo file on your desktop.
  5. Zip it, and upload it following the instruction.

Unfortunately the file is corrupt.

The manual will give you the needed information, for sure.

Update your System Specifications with Speccy, and then copy this information into your System Specifications: Go to your UserCP, and then select Edit System Spec in the left pane. Copy the information from Speccy into the required fields. These System Specifications will then follow your every post.

Do you still have your motherboard manual?

Do you know your motherboard model? Speccy will give you that information, you can search the motherboard model in Google, and you should be able to find a .pdf version of your manual.

Have you had any more BSODs?
