Razer Megolodon or Logitech G35?

Im looking at both those headsets right now, and I want to know which one should I get?

What im looking for in these headsets are:
These are in no order of importance

1Which one has better bass

2Which one has a better mic

3Sound Canceling would be nice but that will not swing my decision

4Which one with be less likely to break

Could you guys give me a suggestion about which one is I should buy?

I have a G35 myself and I can attest to the fact that it has

1). Solid bass. As they fully cover your ears and make a seal, the bass can be actually painful
2). Unsure on the microphone quality, I get no complaints
3). While the G35 don't have noise cancellation circuitry, since they cover your ears completely, they cut out a ton of noise
4). The G35's are built like a tank.
