Re spawning in counter strike source

Hi friends,
I installed the cs source a month ago. Bored on short gaming time. I play it with my friends on hostel using wifi ad hoc. I saw a video on YouTube with re spawn on source. Does any one know how to do that.

If you are going to do any kind of mods you really need to learn how the mod system works for the game, and will likely have to set up a dedicated of your own.
The amx mod will allow you a admin window from which you can control aspects of things in game.
From there,. there is probably 10000 plugins and modifications you can do. I would start here.

p.s. you can spawn from the command line but it requires both admin and that cheats be enabled. (cvar sv_cheats 1)

but.I am really don't understand what are these mods in cs. Its because I never tried one.Can you tell me where I have to start to know about it very well. And is that mods will work on offline play.

I ran a cs server for awhile a real long time ago, if you just want to add the items, the forums and help provided through the amxmod site is probably the best place to start.
If you want to start creating your own, it works in python and the language is nightmarish to deal with.
