Reactivation a sleeping computer

Hello,
First I want to apologize if some unfinished thread was posted - the browser suddenly disappeared and when opened all was gone.
For about 3 years my second computer is deactivated because when I started some (any) installed programs, for a moment started and then stopped with a pop-up notice about a corrupt exe file. Reinstalled the programs and again that pop-up. The system installed is xp pro, I think it was infected by some virus or malware.
Now I want to reactivate it (hope the main-board battery still alive), to wipe clean the disks, re-partition and reformat them, and if possible to install from the present computer win 7 pro using a Macrium image or backup.
I have only the xp pro installation disk, do not have the win 7 pro installation disk.
I guess I'll have to use some tools to startup the computer and clean the disks as said above, the only limitation I want, to avoid installing (one time) any tools on the present computer.
Is it possible ?
I will be glad and appreciate to have your guidance on this issue.

Thanks for the answer, really, I can buy a new working pc. But what I was asking if possible to "copy" my present working pc to the other pc (if the mainboard battery still alive), after cleaning it.
So, can I have some guide lines from this forum ?
By the way, while looking for answers I found this "MiniTool Partition Wizard Bootable CD" at this place
"Bootable Partition Manger | MiniTool Partition Wizard Bootable Edition" and would like to have the forum's opinion about this tool and can it answer partially my question.

Well Mini Tool is great
I've never used the bootable version so I can't help there but the site you linked does have usage tutorials

But if you really want to recover your personal files I'd look into these linux options
