So I am not sure if this is normal nor have I ever noticed this so maybe some here can shed some light.
When i download a file (i.e. image, video, text, etc.) my Windows 7 machine tags them as "read only". Is this normal? Is there a setting in Windows 7 to say "when I download do not tag as read only?"
I have Windows 7 Pro 64-bit and again I never noticed this so I am not sure if this is a Windows change from the last set of updates.
