Use a restore point dated before Steam made changes.

You should be able to right click somewhere on your desktop and then click on "Screen Resolution" and adjust it to something lower so that things appear bigger. If that still doesn't do it, the simplest way to roll back would be to do a System Restore by going to the Start Menu and clicking on All Programs --> Accessories --> System Tools --> System Restore then restoring to before those drivers were installed. That should get things back to normal.
