reboot of my Packard Bell PC to factory settings

Hello,
I had to reinstall my Packard Bell PC (15 years old) to factory settings. It's a Windows 7 Home edition. However, I can't find any updates, Internet Explorer doesn't work even though I am properly connected to the Internet, and as a result, I can't upgrade to Windows 10. I know I need to install SP1, but no applications or small software are supported by this old system.
Is there any way to do this, please?

If it has usb ports get a win7 installation iso that includes sp1.

the W10 FREE upgrade is long gone... and is also EOL


you would need a W10 key to activate it as well
