Not really.. not with that kind of hardware.
You're probably having issues with one (or several) of your drivers and/or startup programs ..if you haven't just bogged your system down by allowing everything you install to run at startup..
if you don't have more than 50 running processes at startup, type event viewer in the search bar on the start menu and click on the result then search for errors .. that's usually the quickest way to identify problems.
If it's a factory configured windows install with the typical bloat .. that would be your problem
I notice that event viewer is reporting a lot of errors with the 'Smart6' program...that's a Gigabyte app.
I just clicked 'uninstall' to get rid of it and my PC crashed.
